Once i kill all the bosses the gates to the Blackface encounter should open but they dont.

Hi, i tried to do the Amani battle bear event in Zul' Aman. The timer showed up and i killed the 4 bosses in order until i came to the last one ofc (the 4th one) and when i spoke to the Troll that is in the cage, there is no text and she does not open the vases to give the mount that is in the last vase. I did this on my warrior: Skopgat.

Hello there! Today, I experienced a "little bug" about this great flying mount, more exactly about the way we should get it. So, i spent like 4 hours, to farm all 10 Skyshards (https://www.wowhead.com/item=86547/skyshard) and after that i combined them together and got the Sky Crystal (https://www.wowhead.com/item=86546/sky-crystal). This is where the fun begins : after i found Alani, who drops the mount (https://www.wowhead.com/item=90655/reins-of-the-thundering-ruby-cloud-serpent) with 100% chance, i used the Crystal on him/her/it and i has started channeling something, but after like 1 second, the channeling stopped and nothing happened.. My item is gone and i didnt even got the mount, which i mentioned earlier farmed for 4 hours.. This "bug" left me so depressed, and because i saw plenty of these mounts on the Auction House, it felt more bad. I'd appreciate if someone could help me with this. I dont want this 4 hours to be in vain for nothing. Thanks! Azéjgyermeke
